Nsight is seeking a highly motivated and visionary Director of Learning and Development to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our company by designing and implementing innovative training programs that align with our business objectives and drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee development, onboarding new hires, and creating successful training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Learning Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives. This includes both in-person and online training programs tailored to different learning styles.
  • Onboarding and Employee Development: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and quick integration into their roles. Continuously develop programs that support ongoing employee development and career progression.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with department heads to create and maintain performance management systems that provide employees with regular feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives by developing training programs that support organizational changes, helping employees adapt and thrive during transitions.
  • Curriculum Design: Create engaging, relevant, and impactful training content based on adult learning principles, ensuring the curriculum is aligned with the company’s mission and values.
  • Training Program Evaluation: Use metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve and refine content and delivery methods.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage L&D software and technology tools to streamline training processes, enhance learning experiences, and track employee progress.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning and Development, with a strong track record of building and leading successful training programs.
  • Expertise in employee development, onboarding, and curriculum design aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
  • Experience in performance management and change management strategies.
  • Proficiency with L&D software and technology tools for training and development.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Learning and Development, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or equivalent.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for continuous learning and development.

Salary: $80,000-$125,000
